CERTIFICATION OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, PRODUCTS AND PERSONS

PRS in scope of its wide range of services offers certification of management systems, certification of products and certification of persons. These services are provided by PRS Certification Division. 

Systems management certification is carried out since 1994, when PRS was granted the first certificate of accredited certification body in Poland. Our offer in this scope is availabie in section Management Systems Certification.

Certifictaion Division also conducts assessment and certification of products for conformity with the EU directives and regulations since Poland’s accession to the European Union in 2004. PRS is the EU notified body No. 1463 and upon this authorization performs conformity assessment of products, including tests and certification, for:

  • marine equipment (MED),
  • recreational craft (RCD),
  • personal protective equipment (PPE),
  • pressure equipment (PED),
  • simple pressure vessels (SPVD),
  • electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
  • construction products in scope of Factory Production Control for steel or aluminum constructional elements and its assemblies and for aggregate. 

Product certification is supported by PRS Testing Laboratory that conducts examination of products subject to CE certification. The Laboratory holds accreditation in accordance with the requirements specified in ISO/IEC 17025 Standard (Certificate No. AB 1431).
