Since 29 December 2009 Directive 2006/42/EC is binding for machinery. PRS is
under re-notification process.
If you need to affix CE conformity marking to a manufactured or sold
machinery item covered by the PRS S.A. notification, you shall:

After receiving your completed Application Form, we will send you our
price offer and Request for Certification for signing.
Through signing the Request for Certification, the contract for
certification of the given product is concluded. After receiving the signed
request, we shall without delay initiate agreeing details concerning assessment
of the design and structure, examinations and tests. If it is required, testing
and examinations are carried out in accredited or approved laboratories, which
concluded appropriate agreements with PRS.
