Certification of low voltage electrical equipment
Polski Rejestr Statków S.A. is a body notified for conducting procedures of
conformity assessment with the Council Directive 2006/95/EC of 12
December 2006 on the harmonisation of the laws of Member States relating to
electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits.
As a notified body, PRS participates, to a specified extent, in the process
of affixing CE marking to electrical equipment which complies with principal
requirements of Directive 2006/95/EC.
Manufacturers, designers and other persons interested in conformity
assessment of electrical equipment shall contact Electrical and Automation
Department. The department will provide any information and advice as well as
indicate procedures obligatory at affixing CE marking. Detailed
