Certification of pressure equipment
Polski Rejestr Statków S.A. is a body notified for conducting procedures of
conformity assessment with Directive 97/23/EC of the European Parliament and of
the Council of 29 May 1997 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States
concerning pressure equipment.
As a notified body, PRS participates, to a specified extent, in the process
of affixing CE marking to the pressure equipment which complies with principal
requirements of Directive 97/23/EC.
Manufacturers, designers and other persons interested in certification of
pressure equipment shall contact our Machinery Department. The department will
provide any information and advice, as well as indicate procedures obligatory at
