Administration of Republic of Panama - additional requirements for vessels trading within Paris MOU jurisdiction

As per Resolution No. 106-26-DGMM of Director General of Merchant Marine of Republic of Panama, all vessels of 20 years of age or more are required to undergo occasional survey in order to minimize the risk of detention by PSC within the jurisdiction of Paris MOU.

Owner/Operator of the vessel is obliged to request the occasional survey to PRS in order to inspection be carried out before vessels departure to a port located within a country member of the Paris MOU.
