On 11 February 2010 the validity of the EC Type Examination Certificate
(Module B) No. TE/MED/01/2006 issued by Polski Rejestr Statków S.A., as notified
body for 96/98/EC directive (MED), for immersion suit lights type „AQL-1” was
suspended. The certificate was issued for the applicant Aquata Euras GmbH,
Berlin and manufacturer Euro Asia Manufacturing Company Ltd.,
Thailand.
